We discuss the desired ambiance for your gathering. The initial consultation is recommended at least 4 weeks prior to your event, ensuring a seamless planning process.

I curate and share images featuring a collage of your party tablescape concept, complete with a color palette and a mood board (refer to the sample below). We coordinate to ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision.

TABLE DECOR RECOMMENDATIONS
Drawing inspiration from the confirmed tablescape concept and based on the available tableware, I craft and share with you illustrative, seasonally fitting recommendations for decorative touches like flowers, candles, and other elements (in PDF format).

The day before your event, when all decorations are ready, I guide you through the video call to set up the table in line with the table etiquette and arrange the decor. The call time is prearranged for your convenience.
